| Description | | We have arranged to host an ESU4 Social Studies Cadre on December 9 with the NDE Social Studies specialist Harris Payne as our guest. The goal of this session will be to discuss the new Social Studies Standards. (It is our hope that they will be approved by the NDE Board of Education during the November meeting) . Other topics may include the updated law on Americanism and training on using inquiry in Social Studies.
I will be including the details about this meeting in the Learning Opportunities section of the ESU4 newsletter but wanted you to have an opportunity to get it on your calendar now.
