| Description | | Looking for help with Post-secondary and Annual Goals? Wondering how assessment fits with PSGs?
This workshop will provide guidance and examples for writing post-secondary goals that are appropriate for Employment, Education/Training and Independent Living. Connecting Annual Goals to post-secondary goals will also be demonstrated, including proper formatting and helpful hints for making sure you meet suggested guidelines when it comes to transition. Simple tools for assessment will also be reviewed for help in identifying useful assessment resources.
Participants will have the opportunity to see examples and then put theory into practice with structured worktimes. Assessment tools will be shared.
Participants bring IEPs to work on during structured work time. |
