| Description | | The agenda will include SRS updates, including specific changes to the Transition page. In addition, specific updates regarding the provision of Transition services beginning at age 14, including assessment and transition activities, will be provided to teachers working with students in middle/high school. IEPs will need to be updated by November 2021. |
