DescriptionThis interactive workshop, hosted by NeMTSS and ASD Network takes a deeper look into essential components of Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). This workshop will teach about FBA's and how to use them to develop an effective BIP. Having a good understanding of the FBA process increases fidelity of implementation and empowers those involved in the process. A BIP is a written improvement plan created for a student based on the outcome of a FBA. Having a well-written BIP leads to more effective management of problem behavior.
