- Meals will NOT be provided, please plan to go out or bring your own.
- ESU 4 Title III Consortium districts are eligible for mileage reimbursement and standard stipend.

- Laptop/computer
- Copy of the Rule 15 Implementation Guide (printed or digital)
- District EL Program Review and summary (most recent)District Data: achievement, demographic, perceptual, and other pertinent data related to your English learners compared to non-ELs (For a sample of data, you might consider reviewing Step 1 on our Program Review Guidance page or the sample EL Data Worksheet. Also ask your DAC for the ELPA21 On-Track Report in ADVISER.)
