• How Bryk’s Essential Supports and Implementation Drivers connect
• What it means to do systems work in a practical way
• How to define strong literacy instruction using shared look-fors
• How leaders can support implementation through routines, evidence, and follow-up
Who Should Attend
- District leaders, principals, teacher leaders, and others supporting literacy improvement.
- New Participants Are Welcome! If you missed Day 1, you can still attend. We will briefly reconnect to the key ideas so everyone can participate meaningfully.
