| Description | | NDE is sharing opportunities with us to build our skills and knowledge in the areas of evaluating our Transition Assessments and Plans! In addition, districts must submit their Targeted Improvement Plans, with an emphasis on sharing data regarding implementation of interventions as well as the fidelity of implementation. In an effort to build our collective expertise and share our best ideas, ESU 4 is hosting an "Indicator 13/TIP" Day on Monday, March 4th, at ESU 4. Michalla Schartz, Southeast Regional Transition Facilitator, will be here to share her updates and guidance. Our preference is that everyone join in person and have the opportunity to network and learn, but we recognize the difficulty of leaving your buildings.
