This training was designed as a follow up to the full Getting Ready Approach training. The content includes an overview of the Getting Ready Home Visit Guides for both EI providers and SC’s to promote teaming and enhancement of required aspects of each Guide. Participants will work together in groups to address common implementation challenges using the Getting Ready Approach. Time for action planning is provided, based on what was learned. |
