| Description | | This professional learning session builds a shared understanding of the Instructional Core and introduces the Instructional Practice Guides (IPGs) as tools for observing and improving teaching and learning. Participants will learn: (1) what an IPG is and is not, and (2) how to objectively view a lesson and score using the IPG rubric.

- IPG sessions are at ESU 4, in-person only
- Participants may choose which sessions to attend
- This content is repeated from February 11, 2026
- Breakfast/lunch will be provided
- These sessions were designed by the ESU Regional Literacy Coaches to meet the CLSD requirement.

Audience: CLSD Literacy Leaders (i.e., principals, curriculum/instruction leaders, others as designated)
Registration Fee: $15 per person per IPG session (includes amenities)
Grant Support: ESU 4 K-5 CLSD Consortium educators (includes all K-5 educators in ESU 4 public schools) are eligible for $175 stipend
